For Apple Devices: If you are unable to access your phone (example, the screen stopped working) you can log out of your Apple ID by going to iCloud.com on another device or computer and login to your Apple ID. You will then have the option to remove the faulty device from your Apple ID account. If you setup the 'find my iPhone' feature, this needs to be signed out too before returning the phone.
All customer returned items that have been unsealed and can no longer be sold as Brand New are subject to a 10% restocking fee (Maximum £50). Items that are still sealed or faulty are exempt from any restocking fee.
