We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all our orders for any reason. We cover the return postage if the return is due to a fault with the device.

We offer a 2 Year Warranty on all our products. The warranty covers any hardware or software issued that may arise within 24 months. The warranty does not cover accidental damage to the product including water, screen or cosmetic damage. We will decide at our discretion to either repair the faulty product or replace it.

Returns must be authorised by us. After notifying us of an issue with your product, we will respond within 1-2 days with further instructions. Please do NOT send back the product to us until you have received a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).

All devices must be signed out of your ID before returning it and all your personal data should be removed by erasing and resetting your device.

 

For Apple Devices: If you are unable to access your phone (example, the screen stopped working) you can log out of your Apple ID by going to iCloud.com on another device or computer and login to your Apple ID. You will then have the option to remove the faulty device from your Apple ID account. If you setup the 'find my iPhone' feature, this needs to be signed out too before returning the phone.


All customer returned items that have been unsealed and can no longer be sold as Brand New are subject to a 10% restocking fee (Maximum £50). Items that are still sealed or faulty are exempt from any restocking fee.
