  • What condition are your devices in?

    All our devices & accessories are brand new and sealed.
  • Do your devices work in the UK?

    Our devices are international models and work with any SIM, and therefore work perfectly in the UK.
  • Are your phones unlocked?

    Yes, they will work with any SIM card anywhere in the world. No unlocking codes are necessary.
  • Are your products genuine?

  • Does the product arrive in the original manufacturer box?

    Yes.
  • Do you offer VAT receipts?

    Yes, you will receive a VAT invoice as soon as you place your order.
  • How long does it take to process an order?

    Usually we process orders on the same business day. However occasionally payments are put on hold by our payment provider for them to review a payment if they suspect fraud or a suspicious activity. In such a case, we cannot process the order until we get the OK from our payment provider.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    We offer 2 postage options at checkout: 1. Standard free postage on all devices. This takes 3-5 Business days. 2. Expedited Postage for £9.90 per order. This takes 1-2 Business days.
  • Do you accept local pickup or cash on delivery?

    No. All orders must be placed and paid for through our website.
  • What if my item is not as described or there is a fault with it?

    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee as well as a 24 month warranty. Please contact us here.
  • Is Next-Day delivery available?

    We cannot guarantee it but if you select 'expedited' at checkout, you can expect it within 1-2 working days.
  • Which postage company do you use?

    All orders above £30 will be sent with tracking and will require a signature. We primarily use DPD & Royal Mail to post our orders.
  • Will I have to sign for the delivery?

    Yes. If you are unable to, you can leave a note with instructions for the courier such as 'please deliver to my neighbour'. or 'please hold at the local post office and I will pickup'.
  • Do you offer International Postage?

    Yes we do. You will see the options at checkout. We only ship with DHL Express and it takes 2-5 business days. It comes with full tracking and insurance. You will have to sign for it upon delivery. For more information about International Orders, click here.
  • Can I change the Shipping address after I place the order?

    Unfortunately not. We can only deliver to the address you enter at checkout.
  • What is your return Policy?

    We offer a 30 Day Money back guarantee on all our devices for any reason. We cover the return postage if the return is due to a fault with the device or is not as descrribed.
  • How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

    We offer a 2 Year Warranty on all mobile and tablet devices. The warranty covers any hardware or software issued that may arise within 24 months. The warranty does not cover accidental damage to the device including water, screen or cosmetic damage. We will decide at our discretion to either repair the faulty device or replace it.
