We sold you the above phone that you opened a chargeback for as you were not satisfied.
Being that you were refunded, the phone needs to be returned back to us ASAP.
If you wish to keep the phone, a new payment needs to be made.

Please let me know your decision so we can get this sorted asap. 

We hope we can get this sorted amicably because our next step is to file a police report for fraud as well as pursue this in court.
